Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A deposit of 50%  is required at the time of booking.

Payment

You can make payment through our website or by cash on arrival.

Sorry but we do not accept American Express.

Cancellations

We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you wish to make a cancellation, so we can re-let the room. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right not to refund your deposit.

Pets

Sorry we do not accept pets.

Children

Sorry we can not accommodate children.

Arrival Time

Please arrive between 4pm and 6pm unless otherwise arranged. Please phone us if you are delayed for any reason.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 10am on the day of your departure. (If you are late vacating there will be a charge to pay).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8:30am – 9:30am. We can be flexible on breakfast times if previously arranged.

Dietary Needs

Please mention any special dietary requirements you may have at the time of booking.

Disabled Ground Floor Room

A specially adapted ground floor room for disabled guested will be available early spring 2017.
